"It started off a little slow but over all my experience was good. I asked a lot of questions and had different plan options to find the best payment option for my auto and homeowners insurance. Alyssa Chukwurah was very attentive, followed up and even called me on a weekend when she was off. There were a few hiccups but they were corrected. Still waiting on my call from Mr. Watson."

"I was looking to save money on my Auto and Home insurance policies and after trying many other companies I was able to find the best offering with State Farm. But what really brought me over was when I got to speak with a real person and Alyssa explained things I was not aware of and made sure I had enough coverage was completely covered. She is extremely nice and helpful. Offered to work with me over the phone or in person (who does that nowadays). When we went to the office, there were others working there who also very nice and welcoming. In this day and age when all these companies wants you to go online and figure it out yourself and there is no real customer support other than some AI or chatbot that cannot answer any questions, well I can assure this is not happening here. If you are in the market for insurance, give this office a call and ask for Alyssa, you won't regret it!!"
